Nancy Pelosi: House Members Who Carry Guns for Self-Defense Are the ‘Enemy Within’

H/T Breitbart.

San Fran Nan has lost her last active brain cell.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) referred to House members who carry guns for self-defense as the “enemy within” on Thursday.

Breitbart’s Joel Pollak reported Pelosi’s statement, wherein she was given a chance to put forward her stance on House Members who want to be armed for self-defense.

Pollak tweeted:

Lauren Boebert (R-CO) is the co-chair of the House of Representative’s Second Amendment Caucus and has been outspoken about her commitment to carry a gun in D.C.

In a December 23, 2020, exclusive interview with Breitbart News, Boebert said, “I am my security.”

She added, “Washington, DC, like most Democrat-run cities, has a violent crime problem, so I certainly need a way to protect myself and I will be carrying each and every day.”

Following the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots Breitbart News reported that Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), the other co-chair of the Second Amendment Caucus, talked about how comforting it was to be armed when the rioters struck.

Massie said, “The next member who argues Congressmen shouldn’t be allowed to carry firearms at work needs to be laughed out of the Capitol.”

AG Barr Should Stand for Self-Defense, Investigate St. Louis Prosecutor

H/T AmmoLand.

I hope Attorney General Barr will investigate and brings charges against Kim Gardner St. Louis Circuit Attorney.

U.S.A. -( Gun Owners of America (GOA) is supporting Congressional efforts for a federal investigation into the rogue St. Louis Circuit Attorney for abuse of power and for disregarding Mark and Patricia McCloskey’s Second Amendment-protected right of self-defense.

Representative Jodey Arrington (R-TX) was joined by 16 Representatives in sending a letter to Attorney General William Barr in regard to Kim Gardner. Their correspondence demands Gardner be investigated for abusing her power and for recklessly infringing Constitutionally-protected rights.

The letter says in part:

Mark and Patricia McCloskey in St. Louis, Missouri, exercised their Second Amendment right in self-defense, as they were threatened by violent protestors who made menacing remarks and trespassed on their private property…

Sadly, these God-given rights bestowed upon all citizens of the United States were trampled by the McCloskey’s very own local officials, who are responsible for upholding the law…

We urge you and the Department of Justice to investigate Ms. Gardner’s actions, and the actions of every rogue prosecutor who fails to uphold the rule of law and secure the rights of our citizens.

The letter can be viewed here.
